Licence and who runs them

Stake is run by Medium Rare N.V., whose Curaçao licence shows an expiry of 9 June 2026 and the status "Assessment in progress" on the Curaçao Gaming Authority's register dated 30 October 2026, as do 296 of the 666 licences listed. Degen is licensed in Anjouan and run by Degen Legend Limitada of Costa Rica; its payouts policy still names its dispute body with a placeholder.
