Mines: the rules, the edge, and what you actually decide

Reveal safe tiles on a grid, avoid the mines, cash out when you like. Each casino publishes the edge for its own version, and results are verifiable, so what's left to decide is where you play and how you size and stop.

01Choose how many mines to hide on the 5×5 grid — more mines, higher multiplier per tile.

02Reveal tiles one at a time. Each safe tile increases your multiplier.

03Cash out at any point, or keep going and risk the lot.

04The mine layout is fixed at round start and provable afterwards.

Worth knowing

→With three mines, four safe picks pays about 1.7× at a 1% edge. More mines raise the multiplier and the risk together.

→The multiplier curve accelerates late, which is exactly when the risk per tile is highest.

→Because you choose when to stop, it suits a fixed session target.

The part no strategy fixes

Whatever edge your casino publishes, the house keeps that share of everything staked, over enough rounds. No bet-sizing pattern changes it, because each round is independent of the last.

What you can control is exposure: session size, a stop, and whether you are staking an amount you would shrug at losing. Treat the rest as entertainment priced at that edge.
