Why it is on the list

Tombstone RIP is the game that made Nolimit's 'xRIP' rule famous: a spin whose total win is under the base stake pays nothing. It strips out the small returns most slots use to keep you topped up, which is what lets the maths stretch to a 300,000× ceiling on a small 3×5 grid. Four years after its January 2022 release it is still one of the studio's most played titles.

How it plays

Stacked xNudge Wilds nudge into full view and raise their multiplier with every nudge. xSplit Wilds on the last reel cut the symbols to their left in half, doubling them. Three scatters start Hang 'em High spins, where every wild adds to a multiplier that lasts the whole round; adding the Boothill scatter starts Boothill spins, where cowboys on the last reel turn matching symbols wild and carry a 5× to 999× multiplier. Enhanced Bet costs 10% more per spin for a guaranteed scatter.

The maths

Nolimit City licenses two returns, 96.08% and 94.08%, rising to 96.28% and 94.25% with Enhanced Bet on. Hit frequency is only 9.08%, a direct result of the xRIP rule, and free spins land about 1 in 194 spins. Bets run €0.10 to €50. Bonus buys cost 70× to 3,000× the bet.
