Gamdom went offline after a security scare. Here is what it said
Gamdom took every system offline in October 2026 after finding an unauthorised connection on one of its servers, then came back with compensation offers. What Gamdom said, in its own words, and what to check on your account.
Gamdom, one of the crypto casinos we track, went offline in October 2026. Everything below is from Gamdom's own posts on its X account, read on 16 October 2026; we have not seen any other account of the incident from Gamdom or from its regulator.
What Gamdom said happened
In a post on 13 October 2026, Gamdom said that about 24 hours earlier it had detected a potential disk failure on one of its servers. While investigating, it identified an unauthorised connection on one of its automation servers, which prompted a wider investigation.
"As a precautionary measure, we made the difficult decision to take all of our systems offline in order to fully assess the situation and protect our users," the post said. Gamdom stated that user funds are safe and that it was working to restore services "as quickly and securely as possible". It did not say what the unauthorised connection was able to reach, and we have no information beyond its posts.
Back online
Gamdom's pinned post now says the site is back online. It apologises for the downtime, thanks its users, and lists compensation for all players: a $45k daily leaderboard, a reload restart, a 20% deposit bonus for existing users and a $45k daily King of the Hill for the week, plus a $50k giveaway on X itself. These are short-term offers tied to the outage; check Gamdom's own promotions page for what is still running and the terms of each.
What to check on your account
Gamdom says funds are safe. Even so, after any security incident at a site that holds your money, a few minutes of checking is worth it:
Check your balance and history. Compare your balance and recent deposits, bets and withdrawals with what you expect. Contact Gamdom's support if anything looks wrong.
Turn on two-factor authentication in your account settings if it isn't on, and use a password you don't use anywhere else.
Keep only what you're playing with on the site. A casino balance is held by the casino, not in your own wallet. Withdrawing what you are not using keeps it under your control; see our guide to bankroll separation.
Where Gamdom stands on our index
Gamdom's profile on this site lists its licence, withdrawal times and rewards, each from its own pages. The incident is recorded there too, with the date and source, and we will update both if Gamdom publishes more.
