Where you can use Polymarket

Polymarket's help centre table lists 40 fully restricted countries (its heading says 39) and seven restricted regions. In Singapore, Poland, Thailand and Taiwan existing positions can be closed but no new ones opened. Settlement
Collateral is Polymarket USD (pUSD) on Polygon, backed 1:1 by USDC. It replaced USDC.e in the exchange upgrade of April 28, 2026. The fee docs still describe fees and deposits in USDC. Deposits can be sent from several networks (e.g. Solana, Bitcoin, Polygon/EVM). help.polymarket.com ↗

Only takers pay; makers are never charged.
