How it works in Belgium
Belgium's Gaming Act of 1999, as amended in 2010, allows online gambling only as a '+' extension of a land-based licence: A+ for casinos, B+ for arcades, F1+ for betting. The Gaming Commission publishes each licence class as an open-data table.
