Ukraine legalised and licensed gambling under the Law 'On State Regulation of Activities Concerning the Organisation and Conduct of Gambling' (No. 768-IX). Online casino games, online poker and bookmaking each require a licence, issued by the State Agency PlayCity, which took over from the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (KRAIL) and publishes the registers of licensed organisers.
