Is online gambling legal in Brazil?

Brazil runs a licensed online casino and betting market on .bet.br domains and bans crypto deposits.

Since 1 January 2025 only SPA-authorised operators may offer fixed-odds betting and online games nationally, all on '.bet.br' domains. The law requires ISPs to block unauthorised sites.
