The workbook's separate 'RETAIL OPERATORS' tab is excluded. Neither the page nor the workbook carries a published as-of date.
Sports betting is live: the regulator lists 13 online sportsbooks, among them DraftKings, Caesars, FanDuel, BetMGM.
