Online casinos in Missouri: what the law says
Missouri licenses retail and mobile sports wagering under Article III of its constitution; online casino gaming is not legal.
No licensed online casino in Missouri
Missouri's regulator lists online casinos as not legal. Missouri Gaming Commission live report 'Approved Sports Wagering Mobile Licenses', report date 24 September 2026, read from the MGC's own document viewer (the page renders the report through a DevExpress viewer, so the underlying report data was read from the viewer's own getPage response on mgc.dps.mo.gov). All eight entries are mobile licensees. MGC status field: DraftKings, FanDuel Sportsbook, Circa Sports and Caesars Sportsbook are 'Active'; Fanatics Sportsbook, BetMGM, Penn Sports Interactive - Mobile and bet365 are 'Temporary'. No licence holder is shown wherever the MGC report gives only a trade name and no separate legal entity. The MGC publishes separate Retail and Supplier reports which are excluded here.
Sports betting is live: the regulator lists 8 online sportsbooks, among them DraftKings, Caesars, FanDuel, BetMGM.

Each one's own restricted-states list does not name Missouri. Sweepstakes casinos run on free coins with prizes redeemable for cash, which is how they operate where online casinos are not legal — the law tile above says whether Missouri allows them.
