Only Type-A (online/mobile) proprietors with License Status 'Active' AND Currently Operating 'Yes' are included. Active Type-A proprietors not currently operating are excluded: Cavaliers Operating Company LLC, Cincinnati Bengals Inc., Crew SC Stadium Company LLC, FC Cincinnati Holdings LLC, JACK Thistledown Racino LLC, MVGC Subsidiary Inc. (Muirfield Village Golf Club), PNK (Ohio) Inc. (Belterra Park), The Cincinnati Reds LLC (Underdog Sports Wagering, LLC); HOF Village Newco LLC is Inactive and Robert L. Stark Enterprises is Withdrawn. The OCCC list gives trade names in parentheses for most mobile management services providers but not for Penn Sports Interactive, LLC, Bally's Interactive, LLC or Seminole Hard Rock Digital, LLC; the consumer brands for those three (theScore Bet, Bally Bet, Hard Rock Bet) are taken from another regulator's published d/b/a list, the Tennessee Sports Wagering Council at https://www.tn.gov/swac/licensees-registrants.html. Type-B (retail) and Type-C (lottery) proprietors are excluded.
Sports betting is live: the regulator lists 13 online sportsbooks, among them DraftKings, Caesars, FanDuel, BetMGM.
