Online casinos in Nevada: what the law says
Nevada licenses online poker and mobile sports wagering through its casino licensees but does not permit online casino slots or table games.
No licensed online casino in Nevada
Nevada's regulator lists online casinos as not legal. No operator list published by the Nevada Gaming Control Board / Nevada Gaming Commission for online sports wagering. The only operator list the Board publishes online is 'Nevada Gaming Commission Approved and Licensed Operators of Interactive Gaming', which as of this date names only two interactive gaming (online poker) licensees - Real Gaming (South Point Poker LLC) and WSOP - World Series of Poker (Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Inc.) - and no sports wagering apps. Nevada mobile sportsbooks operate under the race book and sports pool licence of a non-restricted licensee rather than under a separately published online sportsbook licence list; the Board's public pages (gaming.nv.gov home, Location Detail Report, NGCB Approval Status Report, Forms & Applications) contain no roster of licensed mobile sports wagering apps. Nothing has been filled in from memory or secondary sources.
