Online casinos in Oklahoma: what the law says
Oklahoma has no legal online casino or sports betting, and SB 1589 makes dual-currency sweepstakes play illegal gambling effective November 1, 2026 after the Legislature overrode the governor's veto.
No licensed online casino in Oklahoma
Oklahoma's regulator lists online casinos as not legal. Casino gaming in Oklahoma is exclusively tribal under the State-Tribal Gaming Act, Title 3A O.S. (Model Tribal Gaming Compact codified at 3A O.S. sec. 281). The State's own published Model Tribal Gaming Compact defines 'covered game' as electronic bonanza-style bingo, electronic amusement games, electronic instant bingo and nonhouse-banked card games, plus games added by amendment of the State-Tribal Gaming Act; the compact text contains zero occurrences of 'sport', 'internet', 'online' or 'mobile'. NO sports betting of any kind, retail or online, is currently authorized in Oklahoma. The legislature runs a two-year biennium (60th Legislature; 2025 = Session 2500, 2026 = Session 2600) and bills carry over. Structurally important: the most active Oklahoma sports-betting vehicle, HB 1047, is a compact supplement adding sports betting as a covered game and is NOT an online bill — every published version (introduced, House committee substitute, HFLR, engrossed, SFLR) contains zero occurrences of internet, online, mobile or web. It failed on the Senate floor 21-27 on 2026-04-22 and its status is 'Motion expired', 2026-04-28 (https://www.oklegislature.gov/BillInfo.aspx?Bill=HB1047&Session=2600). CAVEAT: HB 1047 was amended by a floor substitute on 2026-04-22 whose text Oklahoma has not published, so the scope of that final substitute cannot be confirmed. The two bills below are recorded as online because their text was read and verified to authorize Internet or mobile wagering.

Each one's own restricted-states list does not name Oklahoma. Sweepstakes casinos run on free coins with prizes redeemable for cash, which is how they operate where online casinos are not legal — the law tile above says whether Oklahoma allows them.
